Shipping Instruction

1) You need prepare an invoice for your shipment. In the invoice please include:

• (1) Quantity of each item you shipped in the package, MUST MATCH THE ITEMS IN THE PACKAGE. If you can not count the QTY accurately, please try to make the QTY as accurate as possible.
• (2) Value of each item, YOU CAN UNDER VALUE the package, YOU CAN UNDER.BUT THE VALUE SHOULD BE REASONABLE

And example is below:

To speed up the customer clearance please tries to make the custom invoice as simple as possible. For example all resistors can be simply listed as “SMT Resistor,+/-5%, 0805” 100Kpcs, 0.001/pcs, total USD100”, Capacitors can be do it in the same way. If there are too many items listed is will take the broker a lot more time to prepare the custom invoice and it also take more time for the custom to check your shipment. We suggest all items listed do not exceed “ONE” page.

2) It is very important that you TRY TO USE "DHL" to ship the components, it will be much easier for us to clear the custom if you using "DHL". You can also use FEDEX or USPS the shipping cost maybe will be reduced, but it will take us a lot more time to clear customer for you .Please send us the tracking number after the components are shipped. PLEASE DO NOT USE UPS. DHL TAKE AROUND 5 BUSINESS DAYS TO CLEAR CUSTOM, USPS OR FEDEX CAN TAKE UP TO 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS.

3) Tax: Please notice that there is tax on top of the value you claim for your shipment. If you want save money, you can claim a reasonable lower value of the shipment. For example we suggest US40 for 0.5-1Kg shipment, US100 for 1Kg-2Kg package, US250 for2Kg-5Kg package, US400 for5Kg-10Kg package and label it as sample. Please notice than the claim value is the value you insured for the package

4) Tax for your shipment is as below: 1) Claim value700, 20% tax, +brokerage fee around USD100.
